As Business Development Manager, you are in charge of XSun’s sales activity, in France and abroad. Your role is to generate and develop commercial leads, set up the sales action plan and design customized consulting offers. You are involved in growing turnover of key accounts, building projects for prospects and negociating contracts along with Purchasing Department. You are responsible for the implementation of the sales process within the team, you play a key role in our company.
At XSun, you are in direct contact with the CEO. Your position has strong career perspectives to managerial and international development functions. Your job is the first non-technical role, with the CEO, at XSun. As a medium term, you could found the sales and marketing team. You will participate in shows and business development events for XSun with the CEO.
The position is based in Guérande/La Baule, salary (fixed+variable), possibility to be located in Nantes (XSun’s premises in Centrale Nantes) or in Paris.
